Why would anybody purchase this for $399 when Amazon has it on there for $62.
The one on Amazon is either pre-owned or refurbished. Based upon the number of threads I've read about 3rd party purchased devices being broken, blacklisted, or permanently carrier locked, I'd be afraid to buy a deeply discounted device from elsewhere. Whomever is selling it on Amazon is probably a third party using the Amazon marketplace and not Amazon itself.
