I have an iPhone 13 pro max that is a little over 2 years old. For the past 6 months I have had limited to no service at all. Nothing will load and calls drop. This is a known issue by Verizon as this exact post was made in 2017 and 2023 with tons of people with the same issue. The resolution that was provided was to get a new phone or purchase a new SIMS card. I will not be doing either of those. If that is the true solution, it is magical that the service drops after exactly two years. Honestly, it is suspicious (Verizon will not let me post the actual word I would use that starts with S and ends with M and has CA in the middle). If this issue isn't resolved, I will be moving to another provider.
Edit to add: This is almost comical. In order to post this, I had to login. Once I did that it told me my account was locked and that I had to reset my password. Verizon then sent me a link for approval TO MY PHONE, which obviously wouldn't load. After multiple tries, I finally got it to load and was able to approve the password reset. When I tried to login to my account again from my desktop, it said because it was a new password that they needed approval before I could sign in. They again sent me a link for approval TO MY PHONE, which again would not load.... you get the gist.
