Coverage In Tampa

I have a MiFi 8800 and have used it around the country for years, and without a doubt the most dismal coverage I have found is in the city of Tampa proper.

Constant disconnects while "searching for service" and I celebrate if I ever get three bars--rare to get two. Seems very poor service to me

Hi, the MiFi 8800L is a 4G LTE device, and doesn't support 5G at all. Tampa, FL is a 5G UW city and I suspect most of the towers there are using some kind of 5G.

That is definitely not the experience, we want you to have while dealing with customer service. From what I see here, you seem to be having issues with service in the Tampa area?
