How do I get the voice announcement to stop when changing volume or turning on the TV? I have tried pulling the power, removing the batteries. The settings in the accessibility section of the system are all off. Please help
Did you make sure all options under Main Menu > Settings > System > Accessibility are disabled including DVS and Text-To -Speech? If it is doing that when changing volume, it may be the TVs Accessibility options that are causing it. Usually the volume is NOT handled by the Fios box, but passed on to the TV or AV device.
