I purchased the 1Gig home fios plan. A week later, the WiFi was already not working for 3 days before Verizon sent someone to fix it. Not only that, the $100 giftcard and TV that were promised when I signed up are nowhere to be found. I called and chat online with Verizon and they said I should receive it in a week. Now it’s already been 2 weeks. Still no emails. Please help!
