I am a new member as of about 4 months. I was offered 2 gift cards for signing up, $50 and $100. I redeemed both on March 24 and received an email that it was on the way and would be here in 7-10 days. It’s been about 60. Not to mention, I have had endless chats with customer service in an attempt to get a discount applied to my monthly bill that was promised to me before signing up. Zero progess. Will my gift cards ever arrive?
