Sorry to hear your phone was stolen. I'm going to guess you have a replacement phone, or will get one soon. I'd call and enter your account PIN as the verification, and then Verizon can blacklist the stolen phone and switch your line to the new phone. I'd also remotely factory reset the stolen phone if at all possible. Google for the instructions.
