I have submitted rebate requests for the new lines/phones I ordered in March. According to the requirements listed (CARTOFFER2025) I completely meet the requirements, however the requests were denied. I would like to know why they were denied when I meet the specified requirements? I have spent well over six hours on the phone trying to just get the rebates processed (waited over 8 weeks as specified). When you search the forums it seems like this is a common issue with all of Verizon Rebates. It brings back all the reasons I left Verizon a few years ago.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support we were able resolve the Verizon Gift Card situation and get the value for that promotion. If you encounter issues related to a Verizon Gift Card, some common things to review and check. Where the card was purchased. What kind of Verizon card was purchased (Gift Card or Prepaid service). Is the card number and PIN on the card correct.
