Didn’t get 400 Samsung code

I just got Fios installed last week and as part of the deal I was supposed to received a $400 discount coupon off Samsung ant Best Buy and the Nintendo switch. Instead my account has the Amazon gift card to redeem and no mention of the switch. I have my email that says redeem now but keep getting an error code. What gives?
