Hello -
A couple of years ago I reported that in front of my house, the old copper phone cable has lost a few metal hangers and is hanging down between poles in a couple of loops. Since then, pieces of the black plastic that sat on top of the cable have come down. I feel it is an emerging hazard and is quite unsightly.
Can this superfluous cable please be removed?
