I received a telephone call today with a short survey. When I responded my bill was to high, I was offered a new program. The program would reduce my bill for two years with no change in current features. In addition, because I have been a customer for over 20 years, I would qulify for a gift. My gift chose were a new phone or ipda. I chose the ipad. Here is the rub, I was told I would need to pay the CT sales tax over $100+. However, to offset this, Verizon would pay my bill for July.
Is this a legitimate offer??
