Samsung TV off for switching to Verizon Internet- Disappeared

I switched to Verizon 5G home internet on April 27, 2025, before the April 30th cut off. . I was promised a 43 inch smart tv. I had a tile on my Verizon app that said Samsung TV 43"... Redeem on June 27th. I signed in on that day and the tile was gone, no email want sent. This is frustrating! Verizon is impossible to get these deals. They make so many promises but nothing. WHAT A WASTE. Very disappointed that they make it so difficult to redeem. Unable to get through to a customer services

I'm sorry you have been unable to get ahold of customer service, Edija. we are here to help. You will receive the email after 65 days of service. If you started service on the 27 of April. I would look for the email during the first week of July. -Joe
