Just wanted to let everyone know that I had a great customer support experience with Laurie.
I had my router package stolen from my apartment. Was given the go around by 3 agents and felt super annoyed since I went without wifi for 5 days already.
Laurie was awesome. She didn’t just send me on my way to a random person would do the same. She stayed on the line and made sure to solve my problem.
Anyway, please please please give Laurie some recognition for being this great. She deserves it for being the best!
