Hi. My home has a metal roof, and I can only get 1 bar or SOS indoors. Outdoors we get 4-5 bars LTE. Is there a booster that you recommend to purchase? Thx
May I ask do you have wired home broadband internet service at your home?
-Joe
We hadn’t heard from you, so just wanted to touch base and offer a few more details on your indoor coverage options. If you have broadband internet service at your home (not provided by satellite) then a Network Extender is one option for your home. The Network Extender works as an internal cell tower in a way, and can assist with your calling indoors. It’s not designed to improve data usage, but can help with calling. You can view the Network Extender here: https://www.verizon.com/products/verizon-lte-network-extender/
If you have internet/Wi-Fi at your home, Wi-Fi Calling is another possibility to help with indoor calling. You can learn more about Wi-Fi Calling with this FAQ: https://www.verizon.com/support/wifi-calling-faqs/
There are third party signal boosters which can be purchased. If you did purchase one, you’ll want to reach out to us so we can register it on your account. If you need any other assistance, please contact us again for support. -John
