I have been having an issue with my account since April. I have talked to 10 different people, and went into two stores. For some reason, my issue cannot be solved, they all say that it’s taken care of, but then I start getting these huge bills again. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m getting so frustrated and I’m ready to leave and go to a different company. I’ve been with Verizon for 30 years. The last phone call I made was to the corporate office, and she said it was handled. That was two weeks ago and I’m getting text messages again of owing an astronomical amount.
