We are happy to assist you today. We want to make sure your settings are set to automatically connect when you are in a 5G area. If the signal closer is a LTE signal then it will connect to the stronger of the closest tower signals. To see if 5G is enabled follow these steps.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Cellular.
3. Choose Cellular Data Options.
4. Choose Voice & Data.
5. Check if 5G Auto is selected
