Still NO gift cards for paying off my phones promotion

I this has been going on since early February. Then in May they said they found the problem and to wait another 4-6 weeks. It’s now been over 6 weeks. 5 months in total.

the phones to be paid off have now been reported on my credit report and Verizon is doing nothing. I have no idea how to hold them accountable.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, we were able to resolve the promotional issue. If others encounter problems with getting the full promotional value, some common issues can include these items. Not meeting the promotional requirements of the offer. An error with the promotion system. Or the redemption process hasn’t been completed.
