Recently I switched to postpaid instead of prepaid which I was using for several years. Agent who helped through this told to pick up my new iPhone 16 which I did and store helped me transferring all data to new phone. I am till July 21th on the bill. I was also told I'd get $300 gift card which I can use to pay the bills which I never gotten. A month after I kept getting messages to pay my $71 plus bill or service will get interrupted. I couldn't log in to my account to pay since my phone number was "not recognized" even thought I didn't change it. I finally was able to chat with an agent and she told me to ignore all the messages and I am good till July 21th and my service will not get disconnected.
Today and I am traveling on the road, service got interrupted and I am asked to pay the bill plus $20 to get it back. I am sure my credit got trashed over this ..
Please someone help to fix this. I am hard of hearing and calling is hard for me.
