Is there a way to submit a coverage issue in my area? The zipcode is 44040 and according to the coverage map everything is 5G Ultra Wideband. However when driving on HillCreek Lane I consistently lose service and drop calls.

If you’re also experiencing issues with signal in a specific location, there’s a few factors that can be in play. There may be an issue with the device. Physical barriers which impact the signals from the network. Being indoors, which can lessen signal penetration.
