-- I've been a Verizon mobile customer for over 17 years. Never been late or missed a bill. Started to see a decline in service last couple of years . Few days ago had simple problem. Called , texted then in person . Each time awful "service" only interested upsale. Been holding off because WAS considering expanding my into a new plan to include home internet, 2 new lines and my business lines. I I was absolutely stunned to the incompetence and poor lack of service nothing but robotic drop down canned answers !? ! lol ... and I rarely ever complain however I would like to try one last time to get a reasonable plan with yes maybe extra benefit because of being long term but nothing enormous we're talking maybe Savings of 20 bucks or so I'm not getting crazy here lol . Does anyone know what or if any human beings are still with Verizon that have the latitude or integrity to cater such an "extraordinary" request as mine? Anyone ? Thanks!
