I want to use my Verizon gift card to pay my bill. There is no option to pay with gift card and the reps all have solutions that don’t work
I figured it out with no help from Verizon so I’m posting here for others. Turn off your autopay. Then at the bottom of bill pay click separate payment methods. Then you can pay with gift card but make sure to turn autopay back on to keep your discount.
