Hi All: I recently came over from ATT and turned in my phone at the Verizon Authorized Retailer in Grafton WI. They completed my paperwork, submitted it, took my old phone. and said they would pay off my old phone ($325). I bought a new iPhone and iPad and got service for both. They told me to be on the lookout for an email with my gift card. I received an email from Verizon saying I was eligible for a rebate but the link took me to a page that said something like "what equipment will you be turning in?". So, it seemed as if they though they didn't have things straight. I spent an hour at the store the other day and they couldn't cut through the red tape. They said I didn't activate the offer before it expired? When you take my phone, submit a photo of my remaining ATT balance, sign me up for service and I buy two devices, that seems like I fulfilled my end the bargain doesn't it? It's a lot of money and I feel cheated. The salesperson who sold me the new iPhone, new iPad and subscriptions got paid, Apple got paid, I pay my monthly Verizon bill, and now Verizon is not honoring their side of the deal. Can anyone please help escalate this? Thanks so much, Art
