I have without TV for 2 days now after spending hours on the phone with Verizon support.
Your support people are terrible. They sit at their console and direct me a 86 year old msn to do all the work to troubleshoot the VMS not available problem. They still could not fix it. Now I have to wait 2 more days for a service man.
I’m very technical after spending more that 30 years as a field engineer servicing the largest business computers in the world on Wall Street.
Give the customer the means to run their own diagnostics. Your diagnostics are terrible.
They take too long and are not accurate. I pay you $200 a month and I do all the work. You save money by having less service people and let the customer do all the physical work.
Can’t wait for AI to replace you all!!
