eSIM after factory reset?

I factory reset my iPhone, but when reactivating it, I was asked to add an eSIM in settings to regain access to my phone number and cellular data. My mother pays this plan, but I don’t have access to the information to put the eSIM back on my phone. Is there any way I can get the information/QR code and get my cellular data/phone number back?
