When I try to block a number under "Block calls and messages" I get the error "We are unable to block (number) on this device(s): (my phone number)". But I get the same error with my phone number no matter what phone number on my account I'm trying to block it on. I get the error in the MyVerizon App and on the website.
This same problem was described in a thread with the title "Unable to Block Number" that has since been closed.
