I purchased an Apple Watch in 2022 there was a $150 promotion deal to receive a gift card after purchase if a new line was added, I added a new line and purchased the watch after months of not receiving the promotion deal I called a customer service representative and was told the promotion would only come after 36 months and the watch was paid off well here I am 36 months later and after calling customer service I was told I would receive a gift card via email or mail but here I am with nothing no gift card or credit has anyone else experienced this issue and knows how to resolve. I am tired of this company. I am ready to change services
