Cannot redeem Meta Rayban offer despite getting verizon email and promo code

I received the email from Verizon to claim the Meta Rayban offer. I followed all instructions and copied the code, went to the website, added the Meta Raybans to my cart, pasted the promo code into the promo code field in the cart and pressed apply.

Instead of applying the credit to make the glasses free, I just get an error message that says "It's too early to redeem this code. Please wait and try again later."

Ive been trying for a couple days and I keep getting this error. Please advise.

Here you can see which offers are ready to redeem, pending orders and redemption history.
