Home Fios amazon gift card redemption error

After a few months of using Verizon Home Fios, I received an email that my Amazon Gift Card was ready to redeem. However, when I signed into my account online and tried clicking on the gift card, I got a 404 Bad Request. Is there any way this can be resolved?
