In our family we have three lines. 2 of them were iPhones and 1 a Samsung
Recently we upgraded and got two iPhone 16 pro and a Samsung S25
We returned one of the oldr iPhones at the Verizon shop and shipped the older Samsung because the store told us to do that.
Today we went to return the second iPhone and Verizon said they are not able to accept it because the computer system says it has been returned.
I dont know what to do. Any help is highly appreciated.
