iphone unlock

Hello, I’m currently outside the U.S., contacting you from Georgia (the country), and I’ve been unable to reach  international hotline. my brother sent it from u.s.a  but can't use it I need help unlocking my iPhone 16 Pro Max, which is locked to Verizon. I believe the device should be eligible for unlocking (or I would like to know when it will be). Please assist me with the process or let me know what steps I need to take. what can i do to unlock it

Hi, are you currently a Verizon customer?  Or if this iPhone belonged to your brother and he was a Verizon customer, your brother will have to work with Verizon to get the phone unlocked.  If neither of you are or were Verizon customers, then your brother needs to contact the seller of the phone and get a refund.
