I claimed my Best Buy promotional code and purchased a sound bar at my local Best Buy. It arrived damaged and missing pieces, so I returned the order. I am now trying to purchase the same product, but the Verizon code is no longer working at checkout, despite it appearing again as unclaimed in my Verizon profile. Best Buy told me to take it up with Verizon.
Any way to get a new code with proof of return?
