I recently ordered by mistake a Meta Quest 3S headset (I got one for free as my welcome offer with Fios), and did return it to a store (without even opening the box). I still don't have any refund.
I called the Verizon service client several times, last time, after 30 min of discussion with someone, they just told they don't have my credit card information and they will call me back in the next 48 hours. Still didn't have any news after one week.
Verizon, you have the hardware and my money at the same time. how is it possible? Is there someone who could help me with that here??
