making signal booster allow list

trying to make signal booster closed list but when i make a list and as required add myself it does not recognise my phone number as associated with the device and will not take it seems like verizon did not associate my booster with a phone they have not been able to resolve despite a promise to get back to me

The 'Managed Access' Feature in MyVerizon Website has been non-functional for a while now. As a workaround, you can lower the "Transmit Power" of the signal broadcasting from the extender.

Press the button on the left side panel near the screen until you see an IP Address displayed.
From your computer that is connected to the same home network as the extender, type the IP address into the browser's URL bar and enter.
Now you should see a login page. The pw is LTEFemto0000 (with the zeros representing the last four of the MAC Address found on the back label or the screen).
Once logged in, from the left side menu select 'Settings' and then from the drop-down menu select 'Advanced'
Uncheck the box for 'Automatic Transit Power Mode' and use the slider bar to set the desired range and select 'Save'

You're welcome. The frontline support is not well versed in all aspects of the extender. Fortunately, this website issue-Closed Subscriber Group (CSG) is actively being looked into. There have been some changes made so it's only a matter of time before the modals are functional again.

i have asked that issue be escalated and was promised return call
