We got this account plus a new phone on 7/4/25 and under the "no ads" promo for Disney+, Hulu, Max, & ESPN+. We are able to access those streaming services but still showing "with ads". In the store , our bill summary did show "with ads" and I asked the representative about it. He said it would switch over to "no ads" , but it has not. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.
