Did not receive rebate gift cards

Hello Verizon Community,

Hope everyone is doing well. We are writing this online with deep concern and worry regarding the non-receipt of the multiple gift cards promised to us when we switched to Verizon in 2022.

When we switched 4 lines to Verizon, we were notified that we were eligible for 2 rebates.

Rebate 1: $200 per line (Switcher promotion rebate).

Rebate 2: $350 per line (Bring your own device rebate).

So far, we’ve only received two $200 gift cards. We contacted Verizon by email and phone to inquire what happened to the rest of the gift cards, to no avail. Hence, we now have to resort to writing about this online.

We switched to Verizon because of these rebate offers and have been loyal customers for 3 years. However, it is disappointing that Verizon did not honor its rebates.

Can someone please help.
