For over a week and possibly longer Verizon has blocked my emails from being sent to them and also when a representative (or my VIOP portal) sends me an email it is not delivered. I have checked all settings on my server and have my email set up correctly including DMARC settings. My server is not blocked elsewhere. When I tried to send to Verizon the bounce back tells me SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
550 5.7.1 [TCR] Our system has detected unusual activity from your account. Contact your service provider for support" I need to get Verizon to whitelist my server. Can anyone help me contact Verizon to request this? I have tried to call them but cannot find the correct department to handle this and always spend hours on the phone with no results. Please help.
