I received a refurbished flip phone because of a Kyocera warranty - with no battery! - so I shipped it back within minutes and bought a new phone. I have UPS proof that a VZ employee signed for it yesterday. A chat agent told me yesterday I should expect a receipt of return item within a few minutes but that never happened. I want to know all is good and not get any surprise charges. The online support must be AI generated because it's useless. I sent a support ticket asking for return verification and the reply was "would you like to upgrade your phone today"?
