For two months my account has said "Your order is pending." ... "Your current plan will be updated in about 5 minutes, and you may then place any additional orders."
I have contacted support five times: three calls and two chats. Each time the rep has verified that the order was completed in May.
In the third and fourth contact, I was told a "tech support ticket" was created and it would take 7 to 10 business days to complete. Nothing changed after that time elapsed in both cases.
On the fifth contact, a chat, the rep told me that the other team (possibly technical support) said they did everything they could and nothing else could be done.
Will I never be able to change my internet plan again? If official fios support is reading this, please help.
