Most people including myself are experiencing a very poor quality signal in Crescent City, CA. So poor that the service is completely unusable. I can only hear about every other 4-5th word from people when they call, and the service disconnects immediately when i call someone.
Call quality appears to be driven by where the calls are coming from, and the numbers I am calling. If I speak to someone in Washington state, or the SF Bay Area, then the quality of the call is greatly improved, but the entire corridor from Portland, OR to Eureka, CA has problems.
