My husband and I are on a shared VZ account. The account is in my name, but his line is assigned to him with his full legal name. He has been trying to have his identity verified through Clear for several months, and each time it has failed because Clear is unable to verify his phone number with Verizon. I have called Verizon twice and explained the issue. Each time they advised me to change the caller ID settings - which I have, but his name still doesn’t display correctly on caller ID and his Clear verification continues to fail.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Thanks!
