In June we got verified and did the ID.Me steps and our June bill shows the $25 first responders discount. Now after the fact it’s stating it as a one-time discount. I spoke to a sales rep at a local store to me and they said it should be monthly to the plan. My July bill increased by the exact first responders discount amount. The bill shows it’s been removed. The ID.Me account has Verizon still linked so it’s not that issue. Please help I am frustrated and am getting the AI run around.
