I am trying to file a complaint against a Verizon store to the corporate office. I was treated very rude. I was gonna make a new plan using existing numbers and walked into the store to make things easier and I got told to call customer service. I called customer service and got nowhere unfortunately and really tried every way possible. I walked back into the store to then get told what I didn’t understand about calling customer service. I proceeded to say that I had trouble and thought it would be easier to do it in store and to also get out new phones and watches. He replied with we will not help you and will not handle your personal information. I asked him to just handle customer service and he said no that he was not and that we needed to call customer service. We told him we would go to another store and get help and he yell as we was walking out to have a nice day. Literally yelling we was out the door. Then proceeded to the other store and got all the help in the world new phones new plans no problem. I can’t believe the horror stories the guy at the store told me about the same exact thing happened over and over. Please help me get something done about this.
