Back in November of 2024,verizon was running a "trade in your device & get $1000 credit guaranteed" promotion. My husband went by and got us 2 phones but while there he wanted my imei number so I texted it to him BUT I texted him the number for my watch because thats what we were talking about before he left. Anyways,he was given 2 phones with orders to wipe ours clean and bring them in by a certain date in which we did do that. He got $1000 credit for his phone that had a shattered screen even. But because of me giving the wrong imei number the 1st time,there was a problem trading in my galaxy s21 ultra IN PERFECT CONDITION. A problem but supposedly it was fixed but they said it would take a couple cycles to take affect. Here we are in July of the following year and nothing. No credit for my device. Where did it go? So basically I handed over my phone for free? That's how it seems anyway. When I looked at the receipts verizon has,they make no sense and some were even made on days my husband didn't even go in the store. So now I'm stuck making 36 payments on a new phone and my balance isn't even below $1000 yet when that much should have been taken off! Maybe we should have just stayed with at&t...
