Do you have both a mobile account and a Fios account, or is the home internet for 5G Home Internet? There's a way to merge your user IDs for Fios and mobile together so you can view them both in one account and if you didn't do it, then that would be my guess as to why the app crashes if you try to view both accounts under one login.
