I redeemed my Meta Quest 3s from a home offer Verizon offered and purchased expedited 2-day shipping but haven’t received any additional information.
Since I’ve purchased 48 hour delivery and it’s been over 48 hours, will Verizon refund me the charge since this has already lapsed without any order number or update? Because this is blatant deception if you don’t provide any updated information or the product in the time promised.
