No Meta Quest 3s order number

I redeemed my Meta Quest 3s from a home offer Verizon offered and purchased expedited 2-day shipping but haven’t received any additional information.

Since I’ve purchased 48 hour delivery and it’s been over 48 hours, will Verizon refund me the charge since this has already lapsed without any order number or update? Because this is blatant deception if you don’t provide any updated information or the product in the time promised.

Hi! We would love to assist. The Meta Quest Headsets are currently on backorder and will be shipped as soon as possible. The recent update we received is that from the time of redemption, it can be 2-8 weeks to receive it. I understand your concerns about the shipping, and we can take a look at making sure that it is refund to you. Just to confirm, this is for a Fios account correct?
