Hello,
I'm attempting to upgrade one of my lines and there is a banner at the top of the sale page that states "upgrade & get your remaining device balance on us"
This banner appears for all of my lines, but is not being honored through the upgrade process online or customer support.
Customer service is stating that this promotion is only available for 1 of my lines, but why is it showing up on the upgrade page for each line independently when I choose to upgrade a particular line?
I have offered to send screenshots, but there is no way to send them through chat or phone support.
Under the Michigan consumer protection act this should be honored for each line that this banner is showing up for and not just the one line that Verizon has been telling me is eligible. If only 1 line is eligible, the promotional banner should not be viewable by all the lines on my account and should only be visible to the eligible line.
I have been a customer for over 12yrs with 9 lines and have been getting the run around now for 3 days and have been told that this banner showing up is an error and shouldn't be showing up. This promotion also has no restrictions nor does it state for eligible lines only.
