One day a couple weeks ago our cellular coverage went from very good to unusable. After 5 support chats, no matter what we say, the agen will sometimes claim to escalate it but we never hear back from the "network team" or even hear any status reports.
The support page just says "Need more information" and we just keep saying the same thing over and over.
All verizon devices no longer have a usable signal in my immediate neighborhood. Including visitors and neighboors.
One day it worked, the next day it doesn't. Obviously a tower/signal issue.
We got an extender that plugged into our router, and it works in the house, although calls are sometimes choppy. It doesn't help outside down the driveway, on the street etc. It is just a temporary workaround.
That is from July 19th. Never heard from anybody.
How can we get to talk to someone who can get this fixed? We've spent hours going in circles with support.
