Purchased 5- new phone lines under Black Friday deal(11/30/2024) with 1000$ credit over 36months. 1000/36=27.77$ credit per month but Verizon only gives back 13.33$ with less amount 14.47$x36=520.12$ for over 36months for 5-New lines. Called and begged every other month to verizon with following notes and screenshot with promises that Verizon will correct the promotion within two months. Called on 01/21/2025(call lasted for 1-Hrs), 04/01/2025(at 12:00pm call lasted for 1Hrs), 05/23/2025(at 3:18pm call lasted for0:45hrs) & 08/01/2025(at 1:46pm call lasted for 1:43hrs). Finally on 8/1/2025(after 9months) person name Mina refused to reimburse or providing the correct amount with attitude.
1.December-29-24 talked with agent and received text confirmation.
2.Called agent on 01/21/2025 for follow up and she assured that it will be resolved.
After two times I stated taking notes in details as below

-Vee agent name. She Saw and concurred requests from 4/01 & 5/23 and confirmed at 2:33 (47 minutes in call) for 1000$. Vee concurred that 1000$ is valid request and Transfer to Mina supervisor at 2:37pm. Completed refused 3:21. Mina Refused to provide me any identification information by Mina. OSD#380877 Prmotion as low as low. Mina refused to send me survey/feedback for call.
Summery, Verizon refused to give me 1000$ credit for 36 months.
