$300 gift card promotion issues is not solving yet.

I changed 5 lines from AT&T to Verizon wireless last December 7 2024.

There was $300 gift card promotion. So I was qualified and verified with Verizon Wireless Customer Representatives.

But as of today August 2, I've never received the gift card or e-gift card yet.

I talked to 5~6 customer reps from Verizon wireless, they always said DON'T WORRY, WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.

But nothing happen yet.

Please help if anyone had same issues.

Hi, that promotion is called the Switcher Rebate. Typically, there are requirements that you buy a qualifying new phone through Verizon while porting your line(s) in. Your receipt or other paperwork should have had a code on it which you enter at a website. If you didn't get a code, someone with Verizon will need to get you one.

Another thing which could have happened is if you were signed up under some other promotion or offer at the time. Promos aren't stackable, so for example, if you are receiving a monthly credit to your bill for a "free phone deal" or something similar, then you won't be eligible for the $300 Switcher Rebate.
