So, I have the Verizon Play more plan which includes the Disney plus bundle for free. All of the sudden when I tried to login, the Disney app was saying that I need to resubscribe. The bundle still shows as active on my Verizon account. I called up Disney and they said it shows as canceled by Verizon billing on their end. I contacted Verizon and they said they cannot add it back and I would need to change my plan and purchase a new bundle. I have made no changes to my account and it somehow mysteriously disappears?! Look, I get plans change, but I'm grandfathered in. I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have 11 lines and 4 watches on my account. This is how you want to lose a customer? By playing games?
